Geoffrey Kent Academy is an educational and coaching platform. Read this before acting on anything the platform tells you.
What the Academy is
Teaching, frameworks, diagnostics and structured practice for people building businesses. The Founder Readiness diagnostic scores your answers against a defined instrument, names the domain scoring lowest as your primary constraint, and builds a mission around removing it.
What the Academy is not
The Academy does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or medical advice, and nothing on the platform is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Geoffrey Kent is not acting as your lawyer, accountant, investment adviser or broker, and no adviser relationship is created by your membership.
The Academy does not introduce you to investors, prepare offering documents for you, or recommend specific investments, lenders or partners. If you need advice of that kind, take it from a professional who is qualified and regulated to give it in your jurisdiction.
About your results
Your score, your constraint and your archetype are produced from the answers you gave, at the moment you gave them. They describe what you reported about your business. They are a starting point for a conversation and a plan, not a verdict on you, not a valuation, and not a prediction. A readiness result is a statement of probability rather than of potential, and execution is what changes it.
About outcomes
The Academy makes no guarantee of any business, financial or personal result. What you get from it depends on your business, your market, your timing and what you actually do. Any example or figure used in teaching is an illustration, not a promise, and not a typical result.
Your decisions are yours
You remain responsible for the decisions you make about your business, including anything you do because of a diagnostic result, a mission, a lesson or a conversation with Geoffrey Kent or anyone else in the Academy.
